Regenerative winery design integrating production, tasting room, and events space. Rammed earth walls, natural ventilation for barrel room, and constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment.

Rammed Earth Integration

Two-foot-thick rammed earth walls provide thermal mass for wine storage while celebrating local soil aesthetics. Natural ventilation through the barrel room maintains perfect humidity and temperature with minimal mechanical intervention.

Constructed wetlands treat all wastewater naturally while creating wildlife habitat in the vineyard ecosystem. Preserved oak savanna, pollinator corridors, and organic farming practices regenerate soil health across 80 acres.

Production Meets Hospitality

Reclaimed timber from decommissioned barns frames the tasting room, while passive solar design and radiant floors extend outdoor season use. A 45kW solar array powers all operations, making this Oregon’s first carbon-neutral winery facility.
